We’re thrilled to officially announce the Top 26 Semi-Finalists in the 2025 GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition. These standout young agripreneurs have emerged from a pool of thousands across the continent, rising through the ranks with bold solutions to some of Africa’s most urgent food and agriculture challenges.

From climate-resilient farming to tech-driven food systems and nutrition-focused innovations, the Top 26 represent the next generation of change-makers — and they are one step closer to the global stage.

On the road to Dakar

As the excitement builds towards the Africa Food Systems Forum in Dakar, Senegal from 31 August to 5 September, these Semi-Finalists are preparing for their final evaluation round, where just 12 Finalists will be selected to pitch live at the Grand Finals.

This is more than a competition. It’s a platform to spotlight Africa’s emerging agri-leaders and connect them with global partners, investment, and media visibility. These Semi-Finalists are not just growing businesses — they’re growing impact.

This year’s Finalists are in the running for:

  • Two Grand Prizes of USD 50K (one female and one male winner)
  • USD 60K in GoGettaz Impact Awards, recognizing excellence in:
