Rijona Biochemicals is innovative in how it transforms one of Ghana’s most underutilized resources, neem seeds, into eco-friendly mosquito repellents, skincare products, and organic fertilizers. Our zero-waste processing model makes full use of every part of the neem seed to create a solution that protects health, improves agriculture, and supports the environment. Our neem-based mosquito repellent and skincare range under the NourishNest brand provides up to 99.9 percent protection against mosquitoes while nourishing the skin. Our neem-urea fertilizer blend helps reduce harmful chemical usage by up to 50 percent, supporting healthier soils and crops. We currently engage over 160 rural women in our neem seed sourcing network, creating jobs and supporting livelihoods.
