Silverleaf Academy operates a scalable network of affordable, high quality schools in Tanzania, paired with a teacher and school leader training academy to address the country’s education and workforce gap.

While school enrollment has increased, learning outcomes remain low due to weak teacher preparation, overcrowded classrooms, and limited access to quality private education for low- and middle income families. Silverleaf solves this by delivering strong academic outcomes through low-fee schools and a replicable teacher training model designed for national scale.

Our school network serves daycare through Grade 7, with flexible fee structures starting at approximately $1.67 per day, making quality education accessible to working families. Our Talent Academy produces job-ready teachers and instructional leaders through structured pre-service and leadership programs, with an AI-enabled training platform in development to reduce costs and accelerate scale.
