EFiche Limited Health care goes digital.

eFiche is a Rwandan HealthTech company revolutionizing primary healthcare with its AI-powered EMR and analytics platform. Designed for low-resource settings, it digitizes patient registration, consultations, prescriptions, and payments, enabling paperless, cashless workflows across health facilities.

Integrated with Rwanda’s HMIS and HIE, eFiche improves reporting, data accuracy, and interoperability with national systems. It connects to the National Health Intelligence Centre, delivering live data for real-time decisions.

To date, over 700,000 patient records and 1,400,000 consultations have been processed, allowing clinicians and managers to extract actionable insights through DataSphere dashboards.

Currently scaling across 130+ facilities in Rwanda with plans for continental expansion, eFiche aims to connect, empower, and transform primary healthcare, driving better outcomes and stronger system performance through digital innovation and AI-driven decision support.
