Balar is a mobile and web-based accounting application designed for the 40+ million African merchants who still manage their finances on paper. It simplifies the tracking of sales, inventory, payments and performance via an intuitive dashboard, saving up to 30 minutes a day. With Balar, merchants can create an online store and sell, generate invoices, send automatic reminders and better manage their business. Our ambition is to create a complete financial ecosystem: Visa prepaid cards, integrated payment tools (QR, NFC), then microcredit, savings and insurance, based on actual accounting data.
