Led by CEO/Founder Aisha Chepngetich Langat, who holds a master’s degree in Dryland Agriculture, the team is well-equipped to drive Sulma’s strategic direction and operations. Timothy Githinji, with a background in business, refines the business model and spearheads sales and marketing efforts. Dr. Mellany Murgor, who has a master’s degree in Occupational Safety in Agriculture, ensures safety and environmental sustainability across the organization. Nelson Kisanya, with a degree in GIS and IT, provides critical technical expertise in GIS and remote sensing, while Rachel Jeruto, educated in project management, effectively manages project support and logistics.
