Team GasEra is currently led by the founder, with a focus on developing a scalable decentralized energy platform for Uganda.The project combines expertise in project development, international partnerships, and energy solutions, with ongoing engagement of technical partners, suppliers, and advisors to support implementation. As part of its operational planning, GasEra is engaging prospective team members, including female participation in local operations, to support implementation and ensure inclusive growth. As the venture progresses toward pilot deployment, the team will expand to include local operational staff in Uganda, as well as specialized technical and financial expertise to support system integration and scale-up.The structure is designed to leverage both local presence and international collaboration to ensure efficient execution and long-term growth.
