We operate a hub-and-spoke network of outpatient clinics co-located inside Goodlife Pharmacies, East Africa’s largest pharmacy chain, giving us nationwide distribution potential across 140+ high-footfall retail sites. Our clinics provide affordable, standardized primary care supported by our proprietary digital stack: electronic health records, a laboratory information system, and chronic disease management platforms, all built for low-resource settings.

In 2024 we restructured, achieving 60% gross margins, reducing our operating ratio from 250% to 95%, and reaching profitability in January 2025. Today, we serve patients through 27 insurance contracts, 100+ corporate wellness partnerships, and growing membership programs, positioning TIBU as a profitable and scalable model for outpatient care across Africa.
